So, What’s Up?
I’m currently watching Skins, a brilliant British drama series about a group of teens who lead hardcore lives and experience all sorts of wild stuff. They do drugs, fall in love and are basically carefree. It’s much better than I’m making it sound right now. I’ve previously mentioned this series but I’ve just bought the series 1 and 2 box set and I’ve only got 2 episodes left of season 2 until I’m up to date and ready to watch season 3, which I’ve pre-ordered and it should arrive at the beginning of April. It should be interesting, because it has an all-new cast except for one.
When I’m not busy watching that I’m enjoying Magic’s Biggest Secrets Finally Revealed, which is ridiculously interesting if you’re the least bit interested in magic. But be warned, magic may not be the same afterwards. To me it’s definitely a risk I’m willing to take though, it’s really entertaining.
Just a small update to let you know what’s interesting to me these days.

If Looks Could Grill

My latest obsession is definitely Hell’s Kitchen. Sometimes I would watch a bit here and there, but I never really got into it. I can’t cook to save my life, but I still love watching food-related shows and recently this finally properly caught my attention — and now I’m hooked.
I’m currently on season 1 and slowly making my way through all the episodes and I predict I’ll have watched the whole thing in a few weeks. There’s just something fascinating about Gordon Ramsay and his yelling. But seriously, he really is a genius, that’s for sure.
More Scrubs
About 9 months ago I bought Scrubs seasons 1 and 2, but me and my girlfriend watched them pretty quickly, so it’s been a while since I watched the show and lately (well forever is more like it) we’ve been talking about getting more seasons. So, I ordered seasons 3 and 4 three days ago, they shipped the next day and today they arrived. I can’t fucking believe that they’re already here! Living in Denmark usually means that stuff you order online takes a while to arrive, but this must be a record or something. Can’t wait to get started, Scrubs is definitely one of my all-time favorite TV shows.
2 Girls 1 Cup: Stewie’s Reaction
The 50 Greatest TV Shows of All Time

This is a great list, even though I don’t always agree with it. #2 definitely doesn’t deserve it in my opinion, but I couldn’t agree more with #1.
Imaginationland

Imaginationland (which I’ve previously talked about) will be released tomorrow on DVD. For those that don’t know about it, Imaginationland was supposed to be a feature-length film just like Bigger Longer & Uncut, but ended up being a television trilogy and a damn fine one at that! Between the 3 episodes almost 10 million people tuned in to watch the epic adventure. So if you missed it and even if you want to relive the trilogy, be sure to buy the DVD.
In this never-before-seen Director’s Cut, the doors of the world’s imagination are thrown wide open and the boys of South Park are transported to a magical realm in their greatest odyssey ever. Stan, Kyle, and Butters find themselves in Imaginationland just as terrorists launch an attack that unleashes all of mankind’s most evil characters imaginable.
With the world’s imaginations spinning out of control, the government prepares to nuke Imaginationland to put an end to the chaos. Racing against time to prevent nuclear annihilation, the citizens of Imaginationland realize their only hope of salvation lies in the mind of the unlikeliest of heroes: Butters. Ignoring the impending apocalypse, Cartman goes all the way to the Supreme Court to get justice for his case of dry balls.
Speaking of South Park season 12 starts in 2 days and 18 hours!
Family Guy Addict
Started watching Family Guy about a month ago and I’ve already watched more than 50 episodes. What an addictive show! I didn’t think it was possible, but it’s slowly gaining momentum as my favorite animated television series and with the competitors being Futurama and The Simpsons (old episodes) that’s no small feat. Stewie is simply awesome.
UPDATE: How could I forget South Park?! If I was forced to narrow it down it would probably be a tie between South Park and Family Guy actually.
Family Guy, a Freakin’ Great Show

Some years ago I tried to watch a bit of Family Guy and I don’t know why, but I just didn’t like it. At all actually. I didn’t think it was funny, fresh or anything. Not that a show needs to be inventive or anything for me to enjoy it, but I really tried to enjoy it, but to no avail. I must have watched the worst part of an episode or something, because my latest addiction is, yup you guessed it, Family Guy!
I’m watching a lot of these episodes and laughing and just thoroughly enjoying myself. I love the politically incorrectness, the cutaway gags featuring well known characters from other tv-shows, movies or similar, but what I probably love the most is Stewie, the family’s 1-year-old baby, who speaks with a British grown up accent and dreams of killing his mom Lois and world domination. He’s a big part of the reason why I fell in love with the show. But you also gotta love Peter, Brian the dog (who can talk) and the kids Chris and Meg.
If there are any people like me out there, who’ve heard of the show, but never really got into it you can find a clip below highlighting some funny moments.
New South Park Episode Tonight - The List

The List
The girls in the fourth grade class have made a secret list that rates every boy’s looks from cutest to ugliest. When the boys steal the list, they are completely unprepared to deal with the results.
I bet tonight’s episode will be so much fun. How do I know? Well I don’t, but this one sounds like the type of episode that usually end up among my favorites. Just take the one entitled “Marjorine” from season 9 where the boys have obtained a video of the girls supposedly having a high tech weapon in their possession. It turns out to be a cootie catcher, but the way they find out it’s just that is so funny: Butters have to fake his own death upsetting his parents a lot in order to pose as a new girl who comes to town… the name is Marjorine of course. Dear ol’ nervous Butters have to infiltrate the girls and, well… let’s just say that things end up pretty chaotic as usual.
Anyway enough of that, this post was meant to be about the new episode. Watch it when/if you can.
