Music Is Love
What follows here is a list (in random order) of my all-time favorite songs. Songs that evoke some serious emotions in me and if given a chance may very well do the same for you.

Dr Manhattan - Gunpowder: A Ballet

Razia’s Shadow: A Musical

As the title suggests “Razia’s Shadow” is a musical and it’s fucking brilliant. It’s a bit different though, because it’s made by a rock band called Forgive Durden and they’ve managed to get a hold of some amazing guest stars. As with most musicals it features a number of characters (each guest star playing a different character):
O The Scientist - Casey Crescenzo (The Dear Hunter)
Bawaba Brothers - John Baldwin Gourley (Portugal. The Man), Kris Anaya (An Angle)
Narrator - Aaron Weiss (mewithoutYou)
Gargul The Oracle - Danny Stevens (The Audition)
Toba the Tura - Chris Conley (Saves the Day)
Sangara - Daniel Young (This Providence)
Barayas the Spider - Max Bemis (Say Anything)
Princess Anhura - Greta Salpeter (The Hush Sound)
Pallis - Brendon Urie (Panic at the Disco)
King Malka - Nic Newsham (Gatsbys American Dream)
Doctor Dumaya - Shawn Harris (The Matches)
Nidria - Lizzie Huffman (Man in the Blue Van)
Adakias - Thomas Dutton (Forgive Durden)
Ahrima - Thomas Dutton (Forgive Durden)
10/10 - possibly aoty for me.
Bounce, Baby
The official music video for The Cab’s “Bounce” (sure to be a hit!) has been released. The Cab is an awesome band, so check them out. Also be sure to read my previous blog post from back in April.

Chinese Democracy Website
The official website now has a countdown. 30 days to go. You can also pre-order the album.
Chinese Democracy on the Radio
The title track “Chinese Democracy” has been chosen as the first single and it’s going on radio today. Here’s a snippet:
There’s a higher quality version of this snippet out there and it sounds even better. It beats the leak of the entire song that’s been floating around on the Internet, that’s for sure. I thought “Better” would be the first single though, I think that song would appeal a bit more to the masses.
Celina Ree: Live in Copenhagen

Celina Ree, a Danish artist, gave a concert tonight — and I was there of course (why else would I even write this?). Well, actually it was a pretty spontaneous decision to go, so I didn’t really have any expectations going in, but I was in for a surprise. Celina seemed really nice and down to earth and the place (”Rust” located in Copenhagen) made it really intimate seeing as it’s not that big. Also, Celina is just 18 years old, which made it all even more impressive, because she has a really nice voice and seems very mature for her age.
Here’s a few of the songs (you can find the rest on my Youtube profile) that were recorded by my girlfriend (as usual):

Pre-order Folie á Deux
You can now pre-order the new Fall Out Boy album Folie á Deux and there’s 3 awesome options if you decide to get the album:

Personally I’m really tempted to go with the 3rd option, but then again, I’m a huge fan of Fall Out Boy.
