		<title>SOS Turns 100</title>
		<description> Actually the SOS signal turned 100 [1] yesterday, but still...

It took the tragedy of the Titanic to reveal just how vital a universal system was. After the collision in April 1912, the ship’s radio operators sent out both the old CQD and the new SOS signals, but some ships in the area ignored both, thinking that they were having a party. They soon learnt otherwise, as international headlines told how Jack Phillips, the Titanic’s first radio operator, and 1,500 others had been lost along with the “unsinkable” ship. The new SOS distress signal was rarely ignored after that.

		<title>Fun Flash Game: Hedgehog Launch</title>
		<description> Hedgehog Launch [1] is so much fun! Here's a brief description of the game:

Launch your hedgehog into space in as few days as possible. Earn money by bouncing off platforms and hitting coins to buy upgrades. The higher and longer you go the more cash bonus you'll get! Use the arrow keys to fire your rockets to move left and right, and upgrade so you can get booster rockets to shoot even higher.

MY BEST TIME SO FAR:

16 days
14 days
12 days
11 days
10 days
9 days
8 days
5 days

		<title>Such Romantic Eyes, Got Me Hypnotized</title>
		<description> "Kennedy" by Kill Hannah:

I'll be brave tonight
Either live or die
I'll be brave tonight
Standing tall and bright
Such romantic eyes
Got me hypnotized
And if I had my chance I'd never let you go
And if I had my chance I'd never let you go

Have a listen [1].

		<title>I Need You Here, But You&#8217;re Always So Far Away</title>
		<description>

Do yourself a favor and check out Runner Runner [1] on Myspace. "So Obvious" is an outstanding pop rock song and the rest of the songs are also really, really good. I'll be keeping an eye out for this band that's for sure.

		<title>WALL•E Seems To Be Doing Great</title>
		<description>

One of the movies I'm the most excited about this summer is definitely WALL•E [1]. And even more so now that I've seen how it's been received so far. It's got a 93% rating on Metacritic [2] (based on 35 reviews), 96% rating on Rotten Tomatoes [3] (based on 138 reviews) and 9.3/10 on IMDb [4] currently making it the 110th highest rated movie there.

UPDATE: It also did well [5] at the box office:
It tied with 2001's "Monsters, Inc." to become Pixar's third-best opener. Pixar has gone to No. 1 with all nine of its movies, an unprecedented run that begin in 1995 with "Toy Story."

		<title>Oh To Be Young and Care Free</title>
		<description>

Went out last night, got pretty damn drunk and had a great time. We met up with some more friends later on, but saying that I don't recall everything is definitely not an exaggeration. Quite the contrary actually. I even fell on my way home, but fortunately nothing happened. Overall a great night. </description>

		<title>Napoleon Dynamite</title>
		<description>

Having heard so much about Napoleon Dynamite [1] I finally caved in and bought it for around $10 the other day. It only took me 4 years from it's release until I finally saw it, but whatever — at least I finally did watch it.

To the final 3 or 4 people who haven't watched it yet, I highly recommend it, especially if you liked Juno or Superbad. I don't know why, but I was reminded of those when I watched it. Maybe it was that extreme retro vibe? Actually I'm pretty sure that's the case. Anyway, I'm glad I bought it. I've finally convinced my girlfriend that there's a lot of good movies out there, so I'm having a great time showing her some of my favorite movies. Next up is Almost Famous [2], if I can find it anywhere that is. I really hope I can, because that movie is so amazing. Now that I think about it, I don't even know why it's not already part of my DVD collection.

		<title>Mini-Me Sex Tape</title>
		<description> Apparently there's also a Mini-Me (of Austin Powers) sex tape [1]. Oh. My. God.

Yes, that's Mini-Me Verne Troyer in a sex tape shot with his former live-in girlfriend at the couple's apartment. A third party has snatched up the tape and although no deal has been made, we hear dealer Kevin Blatt, who brokered the deal for Paris' video, is entertaining a $100k offer from SugarDVD to distribute the nastiness. We would have thought the tape was worth at least ONE BILLION DOLLARS.

		<title>Rotation</title>
		<description>
Cute Is What We Aim For's Rotation was released yesterday.

Cute Is What We Aim For [1]'s debut album The Same Old Blood Rush with a New Touch was pretty good, but as it would turn out it had little lasting value. Or in other words, I quickly got tired of it. It had a few good songs, but their new album Rotation is such an improvement! It's too early to tell how far into the future I'll be listening to it, but the songs are much better and overall it's simply much more diverse and interesting to listen to.

STAND OUT TRACKS: Practice Makes Perfect, Doctor, Navigate Me, Loser, Hollywood.
