20 Super Foods

A few days ago I came across a very nice article titled 20 Super Foods You Need to Build Muscle & Lose Fat. It provides you with a great list of the healthiest food in the world that you should be eating and why it’s good for you. Looking through the list I feel pretty good. I eat whole eggs, berries (A├žai, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.), mixed nuts, broccoli, tomatoes, oranges, apples and carrots on a regular basis and will soon get some flax seeds. Oh, and finally I drink lots of water and I love green tea even though it’s honestly too hot these days to be drinking tea.
