Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds in Real Life

Hitchcock

This story about a woman who was attacked by birds, much like in “The Birds”, a 1963 Hitchcock classic, is just peculiar and downright scary.

The 36-year-old victim was walking along the seafront at Burnham-on-Sea, in Somerset, when the adult gull swooped and started stabbing her head with its beak.

UPDATE:

My parents just got home from a vacation and my dad experienced something eerily similar, but he was fortunate enough not to get attacked like the woman in the story. A bird did go crazy when he apparently got a little too close to its nest. Understandably, but still scary.
