This morning I was invited to try out a new service called BeFunky.com. At this point I can’t hand any invites out (unfortunately) as the service is in private beta, so for now you’ll have to leave your e-mail address on their website - and wait. It shouldn’t take long, only took a day or two for me.
And because I’m lazy, here’s a bit about the two applications you can play around with taken from their blog:
Cartoonizer
The first one was “Cartoonizer” where the user re-creates images/videos by turning into digital paintings, cartoons and comics in just a few seconds without downloading any tool.
Uvatar
The second one was Uvatar (coming from avatar where u represents “You”) which features an exact illustrated representation of its owner.
